When commissioning me, you agree to follow these terms accordingly.

GENERAL

Communication must be clear, kind, and courteous.
Visual references must be provided.
Breach of any of these terms results in your commission request being declined.

PAYMENT

Payments are made upfront via invoices.
Invoices must be paid in full before I begin work.
Pricing is in USD.

PROCESS

You may request to see current progress on your commission, but generally, I will provide such in my own time if I have something to show, which can take up to a couple of days.
I will let you know if any issues arise that may cause delays.
If there is a deadline to be met, please inform me accordingly.
Revisions do not cost extra unless there is a high amount of them (more than 3), a revision takes a long time, or it is requested after the final product is sent.

COPYRIGHT // USAGE

By default, I reserve the rights to use the artwork for portfolios, promotion of my designs, publishing such in various mediums, and displaying the artwork in any manner I choose to.
As the client, you are permitted to use the artwork for personal, non-profit usage.
The following will be deemed as copyright infringement and your rights to the artwork will be revoked.- Reproduction/Redistribution of the artwork for profit.
- Altering the artwork without consent or using such as training data for AI software.
- Usage/Reselling of the artwork on any blockchain-related projects (NFT's)
- Claiming to be the creator of the artwork.You may purchase a commercial license for 150% of the base price, at minimum.
By default, this grants you the ability to use the artwork for business branding and merchandise designs, both physical and digital.
Other commercial uses will need to be discussed, which can affect the pricing.

CANCELLATION // REFUNDS

As the artist, I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission for any reason at any time, and I am allowed to refrain from disclosing the reason if I need to.
Refunds are 50% if I have already begun working on the artwork.
Doing a chargeback in any form will result in immediate revocation of rights and becoming blacklisted from all services I provide. Other creators will be informed of you by various means.
